For 12 months, since July of 2019, Latinka e.V (German NGO) and Ficus Peru (Peruvian NGO) have developed the project “Sustainable Management of Water and Sanitation for Human Settlements.”
It is a collaborative project carried out by Peruvian and German specialists, the local population, and local officials to determine and implement an eco-efficient solution that improves the management of water and sanitation in Monte de Israel and can be replicated in other human settlements otherwise known as slums in Peru.
